About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Land Development and Municipal Engineering team in Kingston, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the execution and quality review of various municipal transportation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure project success
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
  • Prepare and submit project reports, proposals, and other documentation as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in municipal transportation projects
  • Strong knowledge of Ontario Provincial Standard Specifications (OPSS) and Ontario Provincial Standard Drawings (OPSD)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
