Bottle Depot Operations Manager

Vegreville Bottle Depot is seeking a skilled Bottle Depot Supervisor to join our team. As a Bottle Depot Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bottle depot, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Task Organization: Organize tasks to accomplish the work and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
- Co-ordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Maintenance: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be completed as needed.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Training: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
- Work Co-ordination: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that it is completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all materials and supplies are available when needed.
Supervise 1 to 2 people.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Personal Suitability:Initiative, judgement, organized, reliable, and a team player.
Experience:7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
