Job Opportunity in Nuclear Medicine

We are seeking a highly skilled radiologist to join our team in the Nuclear Medicine Division at the University of Toronto.

About the Position

This is a faculty position that will involve taking on a key contributing role in all areas of subspecialty in nuclear medicine. The ideal candidate will have experience and research interest in PET-CT and PET-MRI imaging and an associated strong Theranostics skillset.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nuclear medicine programs
  • Participate in research as a Clinician Teacher or Clinician Investigator
  • Teach and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to advance the field of nuclear medicine
Requirements

The qualified applicant should be eligible for an academic appointment at the rank of Lecturer or Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto, have Fellowship qualification in Nuclear Medicine from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, or equivalent, with strong preference for dual Fellowship in Radiology & Nuclear Medicine and be eligible for medical licensure in the Province of Ontario.

What We Offer

Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. Compensation is based on a fee-for-service model, with an estimated income range of $300,000 to $400,000 per annum for a full-time equivalent. The position will remain open until filled.
