Key Responsibilities:
  • Annual renewals of group insurance plans, analyzing demographics and experience, and negotiating with insurers.
  • Drafting renewal/financial results reports and preparing quarterly experience reviews.
  • Reviewing financial statements and agreements, and providing technical support to Consultants.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 3 years of Group Insurance underwriting experience.
  • Superior ability in mathematics and financial analysis, with advanced Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, prioritizing, and problem-solving skills, with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and good written communication skills.
  • Able to handle high volumes, meet multiple deadlines, and work under time pressures.
