Job Summary

This role plays a crucial part in the coordination and facilitation of various Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) and Protection Product activities at Hyundai Canada. The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager of CPO to execute the Hyundai Promise CPO business plan, serving as the primary point of contact for Dealer CPO-related communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing annual National, Zone, District, and Dealer CPO and Protection Product sales objectives.
  • Oversee and coordinate all CPO and protection product marketing and promotional activities, including reconciliation of monthly billings from vendors and lending partners.
  • Maintain the CPO incentive budget file and reconcile and pay all bank invoices.
  • Provide support for the full range of CPO and Protection Products programs related to the Company's customer base.
  • Assist in preparing monthly performance reports, sales forecasts, budget analysis, and fleet demo activities reports for both internal and external customers.
  • Coordinate all departmental activities related to promotional activities.
  • Process Purchase Requisitions.
  • Prepare and obtain approval on monthly CPO retail incentives and post on the intranet site.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, CPU reports, and monthly fleet demo activities.
  • Respond to Dealer, Field Staff, and third-party CPO, HEP, and related queries.
  • Draft and publish Departmental Dealer Bulletins.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Monitor the Hyundaicertified.ca website and track dealer used Hyundai inventory.
  • Prepare, update, and publish the CPO Dashboard for Field Operations.
  • Assist in Fleet Demo delivery/customer liaison where appropriate.
  • Provide cross-training and backup support for Fleet and Mobility Specialist duties as needed.
  • Attend and participate in all CPO and Protection Products-related events.

Requirements

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in business or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar function, with automotive experience being desirable.
  • Excellent financial analysis skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize to ensure tight deadlines are met.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Superior proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Driver's License required.
