Production Associate Job Description

At HF Group, we are seeking a skilled Production Associate to join our team in Schomberg, ON. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in the assembly of vehicle components on the production line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble vehicle components on the production line with precision and attention to detail.
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to ensure a smooth production process.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a high level of quality and productivity.
  • Meet quality standards and ensure that all production processes are compliant with company regulations.
Shift Details:
  • Schedule: Monday night to Saturday morning
  • Shifts: 10:30pm - 7:00am
  • Pay Rate: $19.94 per hour (base pay) + $0.75 per hour (night premium) + $0.88 per hour (weekly premium)

Requirements:

  • Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
