Job Title: Change Specialist

Langara College is seeking a highly skilled Change Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in leading the development of organizational change management strategies, plans, and analysis to ensure successful adoption of improved processes and supporting suite of new solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational change management strategies to support business transformation initiatives.
  • Lead the development of change management plans, analysis, and metrics to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on change management best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new processes and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as organizational change management, process improvement, or organizational development.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational change management, process improvement, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives and achieving business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
