As a Sales Manager at Insight Global, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through strategic sales planning and execution. This role involves leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, and ensuring the effective representation of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Implement Sales Strategies: Utilize data-driven insights to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Manage the Sales Team: Foster a high-performing sales team through guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Represent the Brand: Lead our team of Ambassadors to ensure effective brand representation and drive sales.
  • Identify New Market Opportunities: Establish relationships with key stakeholders and partners to expand our market presence.
  • Event Planning: Develop and execute strategies for events such as the Pacific Northwest, BCOR, and Toronto's Hunting and Fishing Outdoor Event.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Analyze data to optimize sales results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align sales strategies with overall business goals through collaboration with marketing, product development, and other departments.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Director: 7-10 years of successful experience in RV or Auto sales management;
  • Manager: 3-5 years in RV or Auto sales with some sales management experience required.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data;
  • Ability to travel as needed;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
