The Network Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and administering local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to provide top-notch support to our network users.
In addition to their technical skills, the IT Network Support Technician will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients. They will also be organized, accurate, and a team player.
This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week, with English as the primary work language.
