About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at SUNSET GRILL. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Organize buffets and banquets to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Public transportation is available.
