About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our Warehouse and Delivery team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of logistics professionals to meet daily operational demands and support the generation, distribution, transmission, and delivery of safe and reliable energy to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of logistics professionals to ensure effective operations and meet daily demands.
  • Manage and dispatch work safely, effectively, and efficiently, ensuring quality oversight and compliance with work and industry standards, applicable metrics, and operational requirements.
  • Participate in process improvements and identify areas for efficiency gains.
  • Mentor and coach unionized employees, provide ongoing training and development to support performance and quality of work.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and emergency response personnel.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or Diploma of Technology in a related discipline, plus four to seven years of related field experience in a leadership capacity or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Excellent leadership skills and adaptability to work and provide supervision in a fast-paced environment while managing changing priorities.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage high-stress situations in a calm manner.
  • Great collaboration skills to innovate on existing processes, support colleagues with their development needs, and excel in a team environment.
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems with demonstrated experience using Workspace, SAP, and Power BI.
  • Travel is required.
