About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at Physio First Physiotherapy Clinic. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in supporting our physiotherapists in providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist healthcare professionals in conducting evaluative tests and procedures
  • Help physical therapists in preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies
  • Document patient rehabilitation progress and maintain accurate records
  • Teach and/or supervise exercises to patients, promoting independence and mobility
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and prioritizing tasks effectively

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in physiotherapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
