Food Services Manager

Mister Artisan Ice Cream is seeking a skilled Food Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food service department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, with experience in evaluating daily operations, monitoring staff performance, and planning and organizing daily operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting staff, setting staff work schedules, and training staff. They will also be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures, as well as organizing and maintaining inventory. Additionally, they will ensure that health and safety regulations are followed and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
The Food Services Manager will work closely with the management team to ensure that the food service department is running smoothly and efficiently. They will also be responsible for addressing customers' complaints or concerns and ensuring that the highest level of customer service is maintained.
This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, with experience in evaluating daily operations, monitoring staff performance, and planning and organizing daily operations. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
