About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Counter Service Team Member to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Counter Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, including cleaning and sanitizing items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Food Preparation and Handling: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and portion and wrap foods.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, handle and store cleaning products, and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Housekeeping: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
