Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of our brand, promoting our products and building relationships with customers, retailers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Banded Peak Brewing at events, trade shows, and other activations, showcasing our products and building brand awareness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, retailers, and industry partners to drive sales and growth.
- Conduct product tastings, training sessions, and other educational activities to promote our beers and build brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, events, and other initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive brand experience.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid ProServe License.
- Basic knowledge of beer and brewing is an asset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
