About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Salon Manager to join our team at Great Clips Okanagan. As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Salon Manager in the day-to-day operations of the salon, while also developing your leadership and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Salon Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the salon, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and support to stylists, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of salon policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Salon Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a salon management or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province).
