You will have a deep understanding of behaviour management principles and strategies, including mental health needs, and be able to apply this knowledge in a real-world setting. The ability to record daily activity and personal health information (PHI) on our case management database is also essential.

A key aspect of this role is fostering positive relationships with persons' family members, professionals, co-workers, and members of the community. You will work in conjunction with the people we support to ensure their home is clean and well maintained at all times, including daily food preparation and light housekeeping duties.

This position requires a unique blend of technical and interpersonal skills. If you are passionate about care and community involvement, and are comfortable with full personal care, then this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
