We are seeking a highly skilled International Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have years of experience working in compliance and regulatory roles in a similar international legal practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Oversight: Oversee the firm's compliance with applicable rules of professional conduct, regulatory obligations, and legal orders.
  • Conflict Analysis: Analyze potential conflicts of interest and risk issues as part of the new business intake process, having regard to applicable rules of professional responsibility and the firm's global policies.
  • Counseling and Guidance: Provide counseling and guidance to fee earners on compliance and conflicts issues.
Requirements
  • Experience: Years of experience working in compliance and regulatory roles in a similar international legal practice.
  • Commercial Judgment: Excellent commercial judgment and understanding of the legal industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills with experience of operating in a multi-cultural environment.
