**Store Leadership Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled Store Supervisor to lead our team at Savers, responsible for driving store success and developing Team Members.

As a leader in the thrift industry, our mission is to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature. We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive store success through effective decision-making and leadership
  • Develop and empower Team Members to achieve their full potential
  • Supervise Front End, Production, and Community Donation teams to ensure seamless operations
