Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at 3 Brasseurs | 3 Brewers Canada. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure the restaurant is run efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and employee performance to identify areas for improvement.
- 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of success in leading a team, driving sales growth, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
