Responsibilities:
- Select and pack orders for electrical parts and products with accuracy;
- Process and prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, shipping invoices, and freight costs;
- Organize workflow, filing, and general bookkeeping tasks;
- Verify and accurately enter incoming shipments into the AS400 computer system;
- Process returns according to established procedures and re-enter into the computerized inventory system;
- Maintain optimal warehouse stock levels;
- Participate in regular cycle counts and annual inventory;
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment;
- Adhere to established Health & Safety procedures and practices;
- Respond to phone calls and emails from other branches;
- Provide assistance at the counter as needed.
