Responsibilities:

* Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels
* Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers
* Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high standards of quality and safety
* Order supplies and equipment to maintain a well-stocked kitchen
* Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations
* Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
* Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field

Work Environment:

* 30 hours per week
* Permanent position
* Work Language: English
