Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ming & Sing Chinese Kitchen. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies
- Ensure high-quality food and service standards are met
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports as required
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fast-paced environment
- 32 to 40 hours per week
- Permanent position
