Job Title: Internal Auditor

Saputo Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Internal Auditor to join our Corporate Internal Audit team. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute audits to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls
  • Identify and assess risks, and develop recommendations for control and process improvements
  • Formulate and document audit findings, and provide recommendations for management action
  • Perform follow-up reviews to verify the implementation of management action plans
  • Provide periodic updates to the Manager, Internal Audit on the status of assigned work
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Professional designation, or in process of completion (CPA, CA, CIA, CFE or equivalent)
  • 2-4 years minimum of experience in audit, internal audit and financial compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and French
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
