We are a reputable home painting company, Home Painters Toronto, seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a professional painter or carpenter.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

  • Paint residential and commercial properties with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Conduct site assessments to determine the best painting solutions for our clients
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our company's painting processes and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in the painting trade, with a strong background in residential or commercial painting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, with the ability to transport equipment and materials
  • Basic computer skills, with the ability to use our dispatch system
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
