We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Pacific Link Retail Group Inc. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, rolls, cakes, and pastries.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Bake mixed dough and batters.
- Prepare special orders.
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
- Draw up production schedules.
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas.
- Operate machinery.
Our bakery is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to meet production deadlines. You will be standing for extended periods and working under pressure to ensure that our products meet our high standards.
