Store Manager

About the Role:
The Store Manager at SSENSE will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment that cultivates and preserves client relationships, consistent with the company's brand values. This includes delivering a world-class customer experience through all service channels, curatorial programs, and dynamic experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance to achieve targets across all SSENSE channels and initiatives;
- Analyze store performance to identify business opportunities and maximize revenue;
- Develop and implement business tactics to enhance revenue and the customer experience;
- Lead the customer journey flow through walk-ins and appointment models to ensure an outstanding customer experience;
- Optimize operational processes and store expenses.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of store management experience in a high-volume clienteling environment;
- Proven experience establishing trusting relationships in an omni-channel environment;
- Ability to lift heavy boxes (15kg);
- Flexibility to work varied hours due to business demands.
