Food Service Manager

Joeonto Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Develop and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory, ensuring minimal waste and optimal usage.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food service staff.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
- Fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with regular standing for extended periods.
- Physically demanding role requiring manual dexterity and attention to detail.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
