- Administer and achieve budgeted goals as it relates to pricing, sales, margins, expenses, and inventory of the commodity.
- Oversee the completion and follow-through of all safety and environmental policies and procedures and ensure standards are achieved.
- Provide leadership to the Melville, Lipton, and Ituna Ag Sales Representatives, including recruitment, goal setting, performance management, training, and development of team members.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including 6-8 years of leadership experience.
- Strategic leadership skills, focusing on long-term strategies.
- Ability to build networks and collaborate to deliver solutions that matter most.
- Results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- Honest and trustworthy, with a degree in Agriculture.
