Job Summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious ProSales Associate to join our team. As a ProSales Associate, you will embark on a fast-track learning journey through our Black & Gold Academy, preparing you for immediate placement into a Territory Sales Representative position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter a comprehensive sales development program to build on basic sales and leadership skills.
  • Gain knowledge of the equipment rental industry and a wide variety of equipment.
  • Work alongside our leadership and sales team to visit customer job sites and make sales calls.
  • Contribute to the revenue growth of a sales territory.
  • Gain exposure to specialty divisions within the company.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Recent University Graduate
  • Hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Less than Five Years Work Experience
  • Exhibit a keen interest in advancing a career in sales
  • Military Veteran
Conditions of Employment

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
