We are seeking an experienced nursing professional to join our leadership team as a Patient Care Manager - Surgical Services. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care in the perioperative setting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in perioperative nursing and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. You will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.

- Monitor and evaluate departmental performance to identify areas for improvement
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a perioperative setting
- Hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and be a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Have postgraduate education in management and/or leadership, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence others
