Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at AB Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Physically demanding with standing for extended periods.
  • Work under pressure to meet customer demands.

Work Details:

  • Permanent position.
