Job Summary

The Service Advisor plays a vital role in our Automotive Service Centre, ensuring seamless communication with customers and our team members. This position requires a strong ability to manage customer expectations, provide professional advice, and ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing their concerns and needs in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
  • Offer expert advice to build customer trust and loyalty, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and our Service Centre team, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Schedule service appointments and manage customer expectations regarding vehicle readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of automotive mechanics and repair techniques.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in COSTAR (asset) and other relevant software.
  • Valid driver's license for the province of employment.
  • Good working knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
