We are seeking a Health Care Aide to join our team. As a Health Care Aide, you will be responsible for providing hands-on personal care services, light housekeeping, and meal service assistance to our residents. You will also participate in social-recreational activities and respond to medical emergencies in a calm manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care services, including dressing, bathing, and incontinence support
  • Perform light housekeeping duties in resident suites and common areas
  • Assist with meal service and laundry as needed
  • Respond to medical emergencies and follow Care Plans
  • Participate in social-recreational activities

Requirements:

  • Completion of provincial Health Care Aid certification
  • Registered with provincial health care registry
  • Experience in a residential care setting is preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
