About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management professional to join our team at Borealis AI. As a critical problem solver, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing complex data management challenges that will enable our machine learning research team to deliver competitive products for RBC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data management strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and security
  • Design and implement data governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain data analytics capabilities to support business decision-making
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure data management needs are met
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of data management principles and practices
  • Experience with data governance, data quality, and data analytics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
