Occupational Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Rehab First Inc. in Ottawa and the surrounding community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete general and specialized assessments for physical and cognitive capacities, mobility, and attendant care needs.
  • Develop treatment plans with clients.
  • Provide client treatment in the clinic, community, home, or workplace.
  • Work with clients who have a variety of injury or illness, including physical, cognitive, and mental health conditions.
  • Prepare and submit case notes and reports.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registration or working towards registration with COTO.
  • Valid CPR certificate.
  • Valid Driver's Licence, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
  • Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months.
