Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our food services team at TB Food Services Inc DBA Tim Hortons. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring a strong background in restaurant management.
Key Responsibilities- Determine the scope of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless delivery.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate team members' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a safe working environment for all employees.
- Negotiate catering or facility use arrangements with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely resolutions to queries.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, driving business growth through effective promotional strategies.
- Develop and maintain a positive work culture by leading, instructing, and guiding team members effectively.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimal waste.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure, maintaining composure and professionalism at all times.
- Capacity to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
