Food Service Supervisor

As a Food Service Supervisor at Tim Hortons (Eagle Ridge), you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to deliver exceptional customer service and quality food products. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Leadership: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and supervise their activities to ensure high standards are met.
- Operations Management: Prepare and submit reports, prepare budgets and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication skills, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this role.
This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate must be physically demanding and able to adapt to changing situations.
