PuroClean is seeking a highly skilled Water Restoration Production/Project Manager to oversee the production process and ensure timely job completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor technicians performing dry-out procedures and mold remediation.
- Front-line response for customer inquiries and provide solutions.
- Inspect new leads, present work authorization options, and obtain signatures for mitigation/remediation work.
- Monitor daily reports from technicians, document equipment usage, and work performed.
- Utilize Xactimate software for accurate billing and estimate creation.
- Collaborate with Operations Managers to ensure smooth schedule flow and timely job completion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in team management, project coordination, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and technicians.
- Ability to operate hand tools and electric tools safely and efficiently.
- Strong understanding of IICRC guidelines and industry best practices.
- Valid Michigan State Driver's License and willingness to travel as needed.
