Job Summary

DCT Chambers Trucking Ltd is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer and transporting goods across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a tractor-trailer and transport goods across the country
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition
  • Load and unload goods, and oversee the condition of the vehicle
  • Communicate with central dispatch and relay information
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
Requirements
  • Air Brakes Endorsement
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
Working Conditions

As a Truck Driver, you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. You will also be required to work in a variety of weather conditions.
