LRQA is seeking a skilled Auditor - Retail and Hospitality to join our team as a self-employed contractor. This role requires you to be located in Canada and have a strong background in auditing, particularly in the retail and hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality audits and inspections that meet customer requirements in an efficient and professional manner.
- Plan and manage work within agreed-upon timescales, ensuring timely completion of audits and reports.
- Conduct environmental audits (food safety, health and safety, and fire safety) in accordance with legal and client-driven requirements.
- Submit audit reports immediately after completion and ensure any errors are corrected and updated promptly.
- Maintain a high level of IT skills and adhere to company equipment and software standards.
- Qualification to audit on food safety and health & safety.
- Years of experience as an auditor.
- Experience in hospitality auditing.
- Good IT skills.
- Ability to travel, with a preference for having your own vehicle.
