Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Engineer to join our team at goeasy Ltd. As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will play a key role in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting our rapidly expanding cloud infrastructure and network. You will work closely with our cross-functional team of engineers, administrators, and developers to design, develop, and implement cloud services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cloud Architecture and Design
    • Design and implement cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure and other cloud platforms.
    • Develop and maintain cloud architecture diagrams and documentation.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management
    • Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, and networking.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement cloud services and solutions.
    • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • DevOps and Automation
    • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline cloud infrastructure management.
    • Implement DevOps practices to improve cloud infrastructure efficiency and reliability.
  • Security and Compliance
    • Ensure cloud infrastructure meets security and compliance requirements.
    • Develop and maintain security and compliance documentation.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management and engineering.
    • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure.
    • Experience with cloud security and compliance.
  • Skills
    • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, and networking.
    • Experience with cloud security and compliance.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Experience with DevOps practices and automation tools.
