Realstar Management is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Resident Manager. This role is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service to residents and contributing to the success of our residential properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean common areas of the property, including hallways, stairs, and elevators
- Perform minor maintenance repairs and ensure the property is well-maintained
- Prepare apartments for new residents and provide a warm welcome
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents, responding to their needs and concerns
- Assist with leasing suites and respond to on-call requests
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience and minor maintenance skills
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work some on-call evening and weekend shifts
