At Pratt & Whitney Canada, we are committed to developing the next generation of aerospace professionals. Our Rotational Program for New Graduates is a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Program Overview

The Rotational Program is a 36-month program that consists of three targeted career development rotations. Each rotation is designed to accelerate your professional development and provide you with the opportunity to work on meaningful projects and develop key skills.

Requirements

To be eligible for the Rotational Program, you must have recently graduated (2023-2024) or be expecting to graduate by May 2025. You must also have a college diploma in Engineering Technology: Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing, and be enthusiastic and passionate about advanced aerospace propulsion system technologies.

What to Expect

As a participant in the Rotational Program, you can expect to work on a variety of projects and develop a range of skills. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals and contribute to meaningful projects. Upon completion of the program, you will be assigned to a full-time discipline based on your experience and current business needs.

How to Apply

To apply for the Rotational Program, please upload a copy of your unofficial transcript with your application by November 4th. The Fall selection will take place from November to December. The start date will be May 26th, 2025.
