Stockroom Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Coordinator to join our team at Indian Head Shell. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth flow of products in and out of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and process incoming stock, verifying quantities and accuracy
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, using computerized systems to track stock levels and movements
- Order and restock merchandise as needed, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stockouts
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company standards and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- Previous experience in inventory management, stock control, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in computerized inventory management systems and software
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
