Job Title: Senior Consultant, Government Grants

The Senior Consultant, Government Grants will work closely with clients, business executives, and government program officers to develop and submit government funding applications. This role requires strong research and writing skills, as well as the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and analyze government funding opportunities to identify potential grants for clients.
  • Develop and write government funding applications, including business plans and proposals.
  • Communicate with clients and government program officers to ensure successful grant applications.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines to ensure timely submission of grant applications.
  • Collaborate with the team to support larger files and resolve issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Accounting, Finance, English, or Journalism.
  • 3+ years of experience in industry with progressive responsibility.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience reporting to or working with business leaders.
  • Experience managing others.
  • Experience preparing or evaluating business and marketing plans or case studies.
  • Understanding of accounting and finance practices.
Computer Skills:

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
