Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer In Test to join our agile software development team in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing test plans, as well as collaborating with other software development and testing teams within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing test plans to ensure the quality of our software products
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Designing and implementing automated testing solutions to improve efficiency and reduce testing time
  • Working with our support team to investigate and resolve software issues
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our testing practices remain current and effective

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with software development and testing methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of Python and other programming languages
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with automated testing tools and technologies
