Floral Merchandiser

About the Position

We are currently looking for a Merchandising Specialist to work independently at 3 retail locations for around 6 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, be well-organized, and enjoy fast-paced work environments.

About You

You will be responsible for performing merchandising tasks at three retail stores, maintaining sections, restocking, and ensuring dead plants are removed. You will also address out-of-stock issues, clean sections, water plants and flowers, and submit daily visit reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising tasks at three retail stores
• Maintain sections, including restocking and removing dead plants
• Address out-of-stock issues
• Clean sections, including dusting display fixtures
• Water plants and flowers
• Submit daily visit reports
• Visit stores twice a week
• Create and maintain good relationships with store managers
• Remove dead leaves and blooms
• Remove unsalable product
• Take photos of displays

Qualifications and Requirements

You will need to have a smartphone and access to the internet. Previous merchandising experience is an asset, but not a requirement. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25lbs and have a home location within 10KM of the retail store.
