About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable individual to join our team as a Construction Site Supervisor at Best Way Constructions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of workers and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure staff have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
