Job Title: Car Wash Supervisor

QAZI'S WATERFRONT CAR WASH LTD is seeking a skilled Car Wash Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective car wash operations.
  • Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the car wash team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Inspect the car wash site regularly to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as required, such as painting, repair work, or equipment replacement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 32 hours per week.
